If you have a toaster oven....I lightly toast bread, then open face layer turkey tomato and swiss on each slice, lightly toast again...so yummy , light and easy.

Tuna salad sandwich on toast and tomato soup. Look in the pantry to see what tantalizing tidbits may await you. Your fridge might have mayo and celery and cheese to go with the tuna. You can make the soup in the microwave, Rather than all water, put some milk in it, but don't cook it too long otherwise the milk will "turn." Look for canned peaches in the pantry, too. Enjoy.

A very easy comfort-food lunch.... Heat up some canned soup (like Campbell's tomato soup) and make a grilled cheese sandwich w/wheat bread and American cheese. Dip and enjoy!!

I usually use some deli meat, chicken.... or just vegies if you are a veggetarian, with toasted loaf/bread, some cheese, mustard and mayo if you like, tomatoe, lettuce....
makes a great healthy lunch.

I agree with "key". a grilled cheese is so good. U can also put meat on there like sliced turkey or bacon, or chicken, or all three. Can't go wrong with grilled cheese. Ever.

Spaghettios are always easy to make.
Or a sandwich, like peanut butter and fluff.

That would kind of depend on what you have available. Sandwich, soup (in the microwave), nachos (in the microwave), salad, frozen tv dinner...
