At work they have this filthy microwave. Somehow ants get into it. Some of those ants must have been nuked 100 times and, if anything, they're just getting fatter. Why aren't they cooked well done by now?

i did my masters on this subject! its the amezing live of ants, i have discoverd that if u put the ants on a platform between 23 inch up the wil be in the beam of micro wave and the will pop, this is fun, but hard to find the exact spot, as this diffrends between m\brands of microwave.
what u could do is put a pot of water in there and boil the **** out of it, this wil create a zaune at boiling point and will slowly cook the ants.
good luck, im realy happy there are more poeple out here that find this inetrsting! my friends call me a freak for spending 6 months of my klve to boiling ants!!

Looks like yall need a maid to clean out the microwave. As for why they dont die its because radiation has no effect on ants? Have you not seen Honey I Blew Up The Kids? the ants did not get bigger, but the kid did.

dude, that is hilarous. I'm not sure, but microwaves are supposed to heat things up from the inside out. maybe ants arent designed to do that...
but seriously, put a few ants in your home microwave and try it out. put them in a container with holes and put on high for like three min. that should do it

man...that is sick, you really need to clean that thing out. in response to your question, i really don't know. maybe it has something to do with their bodies being able to absorb the microwaves without any physical harm. but I'm sure that inside, those little guys are in a lot of pain, please clean that thing out.

If you cover them with cheese then microwave them, they will be petrified to the bottom of the microwave for eternity.
