Just tell him you are simply not interested. It's not because of anything personal. He just doesn't turn you on physically. That's it. The last part is very important. It's something a man can understand. It's in a man's language! Feelings aren't. Physical attraction is... He can identify with that. We men if we aren't physically attracted to someone, there is NOTHING we could ever do (or she could do) to change that. She's a no-no for life.
DON'T go into feelings... AT ALL... If he has women experience, he knows feelings can be changed, and will assume he can change yours given enough time - hence perssist.

Tell him no and that you are not interested and the you think he should't waste his time on a girl that isn't attracted to him. He should go out and find somone he can love and that loves him cause he deserves that, but that you are not the one for him.
If that don't work roll up a newspaper, smack him across the snout and say NO!!

Well... You've never really actually went out with him before... have you? Just go for 1 time and see how you like it. Then make your decision.
