I dropped from a size 10 to a size 4 over a three month period using Fitness TV's Gilad's Bodies in Motion and Total Body Sculpt. I went on to buy the DVD's as well. It's a good workout that you can do at home. My weight was mainly around my stomach as well. I don't like to drink water but I use those Crystal Light packs that you dissolve in bottled water, I think that's helped too since I drank way too much soda. Good luck.

Well i would say just do at least 20 push-ups about 3 times a day and 100 sit-ups for four weeks you might see results. I see results but i weigh 110 and I'm 13 now i got a eight pack. I used some stuff called muscle milk it is powder that you mix with milk or water ( that you drink ) That taste like ice cream but if you drink it ( YOU REALLY HAVE ) to do push ups and sit ups it works but if you don't workout it will sit there and turn into fat. What it is is it has protein, and alot of nutrients you need. Good Luck

Eat a well balanced diet including a variety of fruits and veggies and whole grains; cut out junk food and sugar! Drink at least 2 litres of water a day...no pop! As for not going to a gym, you don't need to go to gym to exercise. Get active by playing sports with your friends or going for a jog at least 3 to 4 times a week.

Situps and Crunches will flatten your stomach the best. If you are sadistic, try "butterfly" kicks. This is where you lie on your back and raise your feet (without bending your knees) 6-12 inches off the ground. If your stomach muscles feel VERY tight...you are doing it right. Bring your feet up to where you body makes an L shaped to relax for a couple of seconds and then bring it back down.

Drink water and avoid high fat foods. It will still take awhile, but it will work.

You can't chooses where you burn fat from. You just need to exercise and eventually you will burn fat in that area. If you are a girl, the stomach and the thighs are the last fat to burn usually. If you are stresses, that wil cause you to store more fat in the stomach area. So the quickest way to lose fat there is to work on dealing with stress. I suggest yoga, it will help improve your body image white toning you up and burning calories. Best of luck and have fun!

Walking 45 minutes works and works fast. Remember it's free and you have to walk at a quicker pace than you normally would walk to see dramatic results. Always drink eight glasses of water each day to run toxins out of your body and replenish any water your body looses.

Do situps and crunches at home. And for a real time cutter try something like hydroxycut, but only if you need about 20+ pounds to shed.
