Mayonaise is made with eggs, and Miracle whip is a salad dressing. Check the ingredients on the back label. You know how there are salad dressings that look like Mayonaise in the store? I believe that's what the Miracle is with Miracle whip. It looks like Mayo, but it's not.

Mayo tastes good and Miracle Whip is icky. Miracle Whip has a tangy flavor and leaves a bad aftertaste.

Before I answer this, No I am not racist.
I go to a mixed school and we asked the same question. Amazingly all the black people said Mircle Whip was better, all the white people said that Mayo was better, so personally, I think it is a racial preference type thing.

Mayo is just that ...Mayo. Miricle Whip is actually salad dressing. It was originally made to compliment salads like Tuna, potato,cole slaw,etc.

Same thing as alot of people said. Miracle whip is healthier. less calories, less fat. (not by that much tho) I like Miracle Whip better tho. The tanginess is good.
