Yeah. Take him to the vet. My cat a few years back suddenly stopped walking around, eating, or drinking after a while, and when we finally took her to the vet (she's a house cat 24/7, so going to the vet really wasn't necessary), we found out that she had stomach cancer from old age. By this time, she had been in so much pain that she couldn't eat anything anymore. Your dog could be going through something similar -- people food might be easier to choke down than hard, dry dog food.

It sure sounds like something that needs a vterinary visit. The symptoms could be caused by many maladies, but only a proffessional examination can leanr the origin.
Please make an appointment as soon as you can....It may be quite serious, or it could be something as simple as low thyroid and easily treated.
You will not regret a trip to the vet, but you may regret it if you dont take him.

He needs to see a vet. He also needs premium quality dog food. California Natural, Solid Gold, Innova and Merrick are some of the best ones available.

Sounds like somebody isgetting older.
A trip to the vet for a thorough exam is in order and maybe a bloodtest to see how the internal organs are functioning.

Sounds like your dog is ill. Way too many things that this could be so, this is a job for the pros.

I would make a vet appointment today. Don't wait any longer.

If there aren't any other symptoms you know of, you should take him to the vet. Being lethargic and having hard poops is too vague
