That diet should work but it will work with any cereal that has no added sugar. Plain cheerios or shredded wheat will work just as well. If you are worried about vitamins and minerals, there are good supplements on the market.

Sure. Eating a bowl of cardboard twice a day will cause you to lose weight, if you don't overdo it. But note that it is a "diet and exercise" program, and the idea is controlled apetite and modest portions. You can do the same thing with any foods, just be intelligent. But if you really like cereal, go for it.

Here's the correct answer. I'm assuming you are asking if you can lose weight by eating it, as they claim in ther ads. The answer is yes, but only in combination with a sensible diet and exercise. Merely eating the cereal won't make much of a difference.
Hope this helped.

Special K will work, anything that lower your calorie intake below your calorie burn will work! There is no magic formula for loosing weight, or not gaining it. Exercise (move) and not eating too much will work no matter if you eat ice cream and cake everyday.

Yeah, because you're cutting calories, but unless you plan to make it a life style, its like any other diet, you'll gain the weight right back.

I'm assuming you mean to lose weight, according to their research, yes. You have to make sure you are following their diet and proper portions too though.
