I love leftovers. My partner doesn't, so I usually get them. Lucky me! My favorite is to take leftover beef roast and put it in a cast iron skillet with sliced potatoes, onion, and carrots. Fry it all up together in a little butter (ala Paulla Deen) and it is fantastic!

Ha-ha!!! I always bring home the left overs from going out and never eat them... I don't know why though. I think that the only thing that I would eat that's left over is like a hamburger or a hot dog. Mac-n-cheese is a no go for me :)

That stuff gets better as days go by (like a fine cheese).
but only in the winter, as it's too hot to eat it in the summer.

Skinless, barbeque chicken, sitting in the frig overnight, is a fantastic lunch! I like it better than "fresh" the night before.
