Well you cant get NATURALLY curly hair if you arent born with it. If you put braids in your hair over night and take them out than you could get CLOSER to curly hair. My best advice is a curling iron. I have wavy hair so i can curl or straighten easy.

You can get a perm or use a curling iron. If you want a natural process, you'll have to figure out how to modify your genes. You're either born with curly hair or your not.

I know a girl that with every baby she had (3 of them) her hair got curlier and curlier. It was super straight before them. Of course that's not a cheap or realistic way to get "naturally" curly hair.
I've heard that stylists have a new way to perm hair using larger rollers and a new technique to create a more natural look.

You can't, NATURALLY curly hair is something you are genetically pre-programmed to have and are born with it.

i know some people who have cut their hair super short and it grew back curly! or you could try shaving your head!!
