Attention is the most fickle thing normally.What interests one person may not interest the other.However in a group , people have a group behaviour possibilities.Here the most primal attrations play a vital role.So arousing curiosity or sexual interest or sense of joy -laugh,or jelousy or any other primal instinct will work.It also depends on the croud compos.So observe the content and analyse your strengths and weakness and then act upon it.You are bound to raise an eyebrow.

Depends when and where. You mean like when you're about to give speech or lecture? Just call their attention over the mic. But if you mean like when you enter a room or walk through a hall, well, it should come out naturally in you:p Sorry, I don't use formula for that one as I am naturally a head-turner:p

Dress the part, act the part. Be interesting and pace yourself. Make engaging conversation.Talk about what you know and offer examples. Be willing to hear and listen to others. Be pleasant and direct. Give a compliment(s) to others.

Point a gun at who ever you require the attention from and say very laud, look and listen to me or I mite shoot you with my gun. Failing that walk round naked that should work to.

Walk into a room, clothed like a normal person, and make eye contact with EVERYONE you see...try winking every now and then....if you "believe" the whole room wants you and loves you...most likely they will.
