i have a bench press and a few other things!

run, lift, pushups and situps everyday

you will have to increase your caloric intake as well

Actually you should be asking how do i get buff fast and safely.

Too much weight gain (or loss) in a small amount of time is terrible for the heart.

Exercise is pretty good, but your no expert (or you wouldnt be asking the question- no offense- im not one either.) so you can workout all you want but you might not be doing it well. A bunch of crunches the wrong way will get u nothing but a hurt neck. a bunch of crunches the right way will get u ur desired result.

Your best bet is joining a gym and talking/dealing with a personal trainer. and maybe a nutritionist too. you can improve your weight gaining by downing some of those shakes at GNC, go in and look around.

To sum up, work out correctly, improve your diet for the direction you want to go. Preferrably with professional help.
