any method that leaves the yolk runny or not too cooked. The cholesterol is in the yolk. But the yolk has lecithin--a natural cholesterol emulsifier (dissolver) that will break down the cholesterol. The lecithin is destroyed by cooking/heat. That's why dieticians/science can't decide if eggs are high/bad cholesterol or not. Some people are OK with eggs, some are not. They're all cooking them differently!

I personally like omlettes the best. An easy was is to put two egss in a 1 quart ziplock freezer bag and shake them. Then open the bag and put whatever you like in your omlettes in with the eggs. Close the bag and place in boiling water for exactly 13 minutes or until eggs are done. An easy and fun way to make great omlettes! Have fun!

I like mine over hard, so the yoke doesn't ooze out. But if you're going to boil it and eat hard, it would take about 10 mins, take out of the water and if the shell is dry in 5 seconds then's it's ready. (when you take it out of the water, use a spoon and move 8in away from the steam).
