But some fools can be very convincing and are very good at pretending to know things.

Sometimes. The fool is the one does not believe in God, the wise one is. But if there not arguing about that you can check usual by the one who says, "OMG," and the one who says something lesser. Yet, sometimes you must understand who that person is to knew if they're a fool or not.
