Yes, I usually can.
But some fools can be very convincing and are very good at pretending to know things.

The one that speaks the most and with the most emotion is usually the fool.
Proverbs 29:11 (NKJV)
A fool vents all his feelings,
But a wise man holds them back.
Proverbs 26:4 (NKJV)
Do not answer a fool according to his folly,
Lest you also be like him.
Proverbs 17:28 (NKJV)
Even a fool is counted wise when he holds his peace;
When he shuts his lips, he is considered perceptive.
The fool will get red-faced and continue to argue for as long as
the wise one will tolerate it.
Proverbs 20:3 (NKJV)
It is honorable for a man to stop striving,
Since any fool can start a quarrel.
The wise person will stay calm and collected, regardless if they disagree.

The wise one thinks with his own brain, and argues with points he has come up with. The fool doesn't think for himself, and argues with points he was told were true.

The one who listens to the question, makes sure the question is understood, then carefully considers the question before answering, is the wise one.
The fool does not bother to understand the question and speaks without thought.
