The one that speaks the most and with the most emotion is usually the fool.

Proverbs 29:11 (NKJV)
A fool vents all his feelings,
But a wise man holds them back.

Proverbs 26:4 (NKJV)
Do not answer a fool according to his folly,
Lest you also be like him.

Proverbs 17:28 (NKJV)
Even a fool is counted wise when he holds his peace;
When he shuts his lips, he is considered perceptive.

The fool will get red-faced and continue to argue for as long as
the wise one will tolerate it.

Proverbs 20:3 (NKJV)
It is honorable for a man to stop striving,
Since any fool can start a quarrel.

The wise person will stay calm and collected, regardless if they disagree.
