21 year molars? Do you mean your third molars? If so, then it varies a lot, but generally come in between the ages of 18 to 20, but can start erupting earlier. Some people do not even have them. Even if you do have them they may not come in which is not a problem unless they are impacted. If this is the case an oral surgeon will remove them for you. Your dentist will be able to tell you if your third molars are present when your x-rays are taken. Just ask at your next visit.

lol- 21 year molars must be a new way of describing 3rd molars that can come in between 16 and 40 . when wisdom teeth come in - depends on the individual and how they are positioned in the bone/mouth. they may never come in .

When your 21 and also it will take a while cuz i started to get mine at 21 and they still haven't fully came in and now I am 23
