Anything high in fat will be higher in calories per ounce than foods that have no fat.
But not all fats are created the same. Some fat is necessary for your body to process certain nutrients. Some fats are really bad for you, most notably transfats, which appear on labels as "partially hydrogenated corn oil."
Fat doesn't make you fat, eating too many calories will, and if those calories are mostly simple carbohydrates, and sugars, they will make you fat the fastest.
