If your like me, they put you in the emergency and make you lay in a hallway because you cant be trusted in your own room. Then 6 hours later a sheriff comes and puts you in the back of his car and drives you to a mental institution up into the mountains of tennessee in the middle of no where. You walk in, they strip search you and show to your room, where you have two roommates. One is 30 years old and in the process of divorcing his seventh wife, and the other keeps hearing voices that tell him to jump off a bridge into the tennessee river. You make friends with a nice ex-convict who is there because he was able to convince the police he should go to the mental institution instead of jail. You color lots of pictures and enjoy the delights of group therapy until finally they let you leave. That's how you know if you're insane!

If you are asking this question you are not! Insanity can be ‘non-clinically’ described as believing every thing you imagine and going still deeper believing everything you ‘think’. This becomes mental illness when your mental processing causes you suffering and alienates you from the world and others in your life. So stop it! The mental health exercise to strengthen you against these human afflictions is to practice being present in the moment and seeing everything exactly as it is, without labeling it and judging it and spoiling it with your imaginings and opinions. Cultivate the practice of questioning “REALITY”. KEEP QUESTIONING!

If you are the opposite of Sane..the menaing of sanity is the soundness of mind... Are you hearing chaos?! If so ya probibly but you did not specify your symptoms so you would probibly want to talk to your doctor....Good Luck
