Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

Have you just started? If so it will take a little time for you to see the scale drop the pounds. Also try adding low fat or no fat to your low calorie diet. Based on metabolism some people lose faster or slower than others. Ans in a low calorie diet there are fats and these may not be burning off as quickly if you have low metabolism. Avoid soda and drink plenty of water or diet green tea.

I have a degree in Health and Physical Education. The best way to lose weight is to cut your calorie intake and to exercise daily. Make sure you are eating foods low in fat too. Sometimes when you cut your calories though, your metabolism (the rate at which you burn calories) self adjusts - decreases because of the lower calorie content. Too increase your metabolism, you may have to adjust your exercise regimen periodically (increase the length of exercise time or the intensity level). You don't list flexibility (or stretching) exercises with your routine. If you perform at least 30 minutes of flexibility exercises each day, it will tone your muscles as well as warming them up before activity. Throw in a few of the old fashion calisthenics too - a few push-ups and sit-ups will help with muscle tone and weight loss. Be sure to drink lots of water and avoid drinks with high calorie content (soda and fruit juices). Sounds like you're off to a great start. Good luck!

Absolutely possible and very probable.
The walk/run combo can be great...if you were to simply run, it might only be for 20 minutes or so...by doing both, you can go much longer. Try for 45 minutes MINIMUM....and try, as you get better aerobically, to increase the run increment/decrease walk increment WITHOUT losing the overall time spent. IE, keep at least 45 minutes, but eventually do running the whole time. If you can do this outdoors, it will burn slightly more than on a machine...but if not its no big deal.
How long? I would say 5 to 7 weeks. (2 to POSSIBLY 3 pounds/week)
good luck!

Drink lots of water. Work out at least 5 days a week. Cardio is good. No fast food.... No sugar or sodas. No real weight training is needed. Eat light at night. The weight will be gone in a few weeks. Hey, stay focused. Keep your mind in weight loss mode. Feel good about what you're doing. Best wishes.

have you seen a doctor? because if your diet is very low in calories and you are exercising hard, that could be dangerous, you need to be care full about that.
Two years ago I loose 14 pounds in six weeks, only with diet and light exercise (walking 20 minutes every day), but I was checked by a doctor (specialist in nutrition).
Any way, good look!!!

Yes, it is possible. I couldn't tell you how long - that would depend on how many calories you have cut from your diet and how your activity level now compares to your pre-diet activity level.

It will work. It is hard to say how long it will take. My guess would be no more than a month. Good luck!
