Humans do not become angels in the spiritual dimension. Angels never incarnate as humans. Humans simply return to their true soul lives in the spiritual dimension at the death of this physical incarnation, unless they commit suicide, at which point they have to restart their current life all over again.

It depends on what kind of weather you are having lately. LOL.
What makes you think the angels pour out the rain? God set certain natural laws in effect, tho He reserves the right to take the universe off "auto pilot" on occasion (miracles).

The hevenly father can always use more angels. However, you must wait for him to call upon you. If you attempt to see him early you may not be able to enter heaven. Be patient he has a plan for all of us on Earth and in Heaven.

I know how you feel. I live in GA. and they said last Friday 80 percent rain and it dripped a few drops. I think we may have to do a rain dance soon. I hope when it does rain, it does not flood
