We already have six children, and I tied my tubes at the beginning of the year(with regret). When our youngest is 5 or 6 and in school we would like to adopt. I want a world wide perspective on the idea so I will know my options.

Call an adoption agency and start getting approved now. It's very costly. Or call social services and get approved for foster/adopt.

should have started the process three years ago. It;s almost impossible to adopt in this country. Friends of mine went over seas and adopted twins in @ two months. They went to Argentina. Beautiful kids.

hire an adoption agent. its costly but they do all the paper work for you
