Butterfly Kisses is the biggest one. But Daddy's Hands is another really good one. Someone told me Father and Daughter by Paul Simon was a good one. Another one is Sunrise Sunset from Fiddler on the Roof. In my Daughter's Eyes might be good but it also might be for a Mother and daughter. I've included a site with samples. I sure hope this helps!!

Butterfly Kisses by Bob Carlisle
There's two things I know for sure
She was sent here from Heaven
And she's daddys little girl
As I drop to my knees by her bed at night
She talks to Jesus and I close my eyes
And I thank God for all of the joy in my life
Oh but most of all
For butterlfy kisses after bedtime prayer
Stickin little white flowers all up in her hair
Walk beside the pony dady
It's my first ride
I know the cake looks funny daddy
But i sure tried
Oh with all that I've done wrong
I must have done something right
TO deseve a hug every mornin
And butterfly kisses at night
Sweet 16 today
She's lookin like her mama
A little more every day
One part woman
The other part girl
To perfume and mke up
From ribbons and curls
Trying her wongs out in a great big world
But I remember
Butterlfy kisses after bedtime prayer
Stickin little white flowers all up in her hair
You know how much I love you dady
But if you don't mind
I'm only gonna kiss you on the check this time
Oh with all that I've done wrong
I muct have done something right
To deserve her love every mornin
And butterfly kisses at night
All the precious time
Like the wind the years go by
Precious Butterfly
Spread yuor wings and fly
She'll change her name today
She'll make a promise and I'll give her aways
Standing in the bride room just starin at her
She asked me what I'm thinkin
And I said I'm not sure
I just feel like I'm loosin my baby girl
And she leaned over
And gave me butterfly kisses with her mama there
Stickin little white flowers all up in her hair
Walk me down the isle daddy
It's just about time
Does my wedding gown look pretty daddy?
Daddys don't cry
Oh with all that I've done wrong
I must have done something right
To deserve her love every mornin and butterfly kisses
I couldn't ask GOd for more than this is what love is
I know I've got to let her go but I'll always remember
Every hug in the mornin and butterly kisses

I am planning my wedding in April and I am going to use "Just the way that you are " by Billy Joel.
I really love the song Butterfly Kisses but I think that all of my friends that are married used that song and I wanted to be a little different and pick the song that was perfect for me and my dad.
This website gives a list of songs you can use also:

Hope this helps!! Congrats!!

Because You Loved Me...I like the song Butterfly Kisses, but not for a wedding. My dad hates it with a passion so I chose this instead.

We are omiting the whole "father/daughter dance" Because who honestly likes to sit there and watch all these dances? I think its getting out of hand. We are going to dance to Brown Eyed Girl (my dads choice), but we aren't going to announce it or anything.

I played "butterfly kisses" by Raybon brothers (It is sung by others also)
It is a really long song though, so my dad and I decided that we wouldn't dance through the whole thing so instead we switched off people. (my mom and dad danced)

I'm planning my wedding, and I'm either gonna go with "Butterfly Kisses"by Bob Carlisle (a real tear jerker, believe me!) or "My Girl" by the Temptations.

Looks like we are much different than everyone else....My dad and I are dancing to 'In My Life' by the Beatles. PERFECT song for that, and everyone will know it, and most likely hear it again sometime and they will think back to you and your dad!
