Listen to the advice about trying to gain muscle if you're going to work out. Also remember that you're not done growing. Eat 3 full meals a day or snack a lot, but definitely don't binge on fast food. It's doens't just help you fill out, it makes you unhealthy. Instead of concentrating on size and shape, concentrate on being fit and healthy. Whatever you do, don't obsess over your body type. I'm 23 and very thin as well, and I know it's hard when clothes seem to hang on you and you want more shape. My advice is to learn how to wear things that flatter YOUR body, eat lots of healthy things, and try to be content. Even if you succeed in changing what you're upset about now, you'll find something else you want to change later. Learn to love your body! It's the most precious thing you have!

first of all - definitely dont do any exercise- EVER. not even throwing the garbage out or standing up to wash dishes( standing up burns more calories than sitting) Also, try eating lots of food, many times a day, it doesnt matter much what kind, i would recommend a lot of carbohydrates though, pizza, baked stuff, pretzels, bread, rice, also if yoyr stomach can handle it, eat garlic every day, as it makes you very hungry and it increases your appetite. good luck! for you health s sake though, dont overdo the fast foods

Enjoy your weight while you can!! You will most likely gain it as you get older. I weighed 97lbs when I was in highschool. Now im 25 and weigh 115. your not done growing so wait it out. Eat healthy, and be proud of what you have.

beleive it or not, exercise can help you gain weight in a healthy way by forming strong muscles. muscles weigh more than fat and can also give you the thick thighs you want.

build muscle.
if you're strickly aiming for increased weight, muscle weighs more than fat...so build muscle. weight train, specifically strength training.
