Having the time to do the things that I want and the money to spend on it. But seriously I am happy if my family and I are healthy and the bills are paid. I am lucky in that I find happiness in the simple things of life, like nature and music. Right now i am stressed because my life is a struggle, but I have faith that God will provide for us.

Most people are about as happy as they make up their minds to be.
Yesterday, I spent the afternoon at the lake with my daughter's family celebrating my grand daughter's seventh birthday. We swam, grilled hot dogs, and ate birthday cake.
Now, what could be happier than that?

Kindness and tenderness makes me happy...whether given to me or I get to see it given to another person. There is something so beautiful about it, and it always makes me stop everything and delight in it.
