I am 100% certain that the gorgeous guy at your work is interested in you. Smile back and flirt! Ask him if he would like to go to lunch sometime. Anyone who smiles and comes over to your desk a lot is being obvious. The touching of your hair is a dead-giveaway -- unless he's gay!

Two things. First find out if he is married. Do not ask him ask someone who does not like him, them will tell you the truth. Second he has no business touching your hair or anything else. He should be told to keep his hands busy with work and leave you alone or you will let him know the meaning of sexual harassment.

Ask him if he would care to join you for lunch sometime. That way you are asking him out as a caual friend and not a date in the true sense of the word.
Take the risk! Even if nothing becomes of it and you just hit it off as friends, you tried and that is what counts.
besides...most of us guys are flattered for a lady to ask first.

Good Luck!

Just flirt with him a bit...or a lot depending on how his responses are, girl's flirt, so even if he blows you off he wouldn't think you're an idiot, and you'll know without having to declare your undying love for him

Then if he's receptive, make a move (with the flirting, flirt when you talk, or email him and be flirty

There is your chance to get a good boyfriend!!!!!!He likes you girl..go for it you won't get anywhere if you'll just sit there. When guys play with your hair and flirt with you that means that they are definitely interested in you...........flirt with him and see if he'll like it.DON'T JUST SIT THERE!!!!!!Talk to 'em in a sweet way smile at him try to hug him get as close to em as you can. Find out what his interests are ( sports, car music, etc)......you should have something in common with him.........Talk about work. Let him know that you're interested too.

There is no point in living if you dont really live ur life now is there. I would approach him and tell him you are intrested and if nothing happens then you know it wasnt meant to be. Just think that he could be Mr. right... and u could miss out on a wonderful relationship.

Send him an email. Saves you the embarrasment of face to face and you can put it in a nice way and think of what you are going to say without getting tongue tied etc. It sounds promising already. UNLESS if he's married don't even go there!!

well rachel this is quite tricky but if your both single and his giving you these signs why not ask him if he would like too go out after work for a drink? and wait till his tipsy and ask him if he likes you but say it in a jokey way at least then if he says no you can laugh it off an say "thats a relief" but it sounds like he does like you so just keep dropping hints and ask him out.

do something, anything to let him know you have at least a little interest.

ask him to hang out, give him a hug sometime and see what happens. work up to taking his hand.

it's better than not doing anything. men often do things like that to see if it brings out a response from the woman. i know if i don't get a response from her, i'll just move on.

If you are a professional, don't date guys you work with.

If you aren't then geeze, it sounds like he's definitely interested, but wow- why would you date a guy who hits on you during business hours? How tacky!

Don't ask him out.
