Depends on the situation. mostly just wait to the end of the nite on a date. Just before she leaves look at her in her eyes, if she looks back lean in and kiss. and you'll already the rest. but never ever ask for a kiss. it ruins the moment and you won't get a kiss either. even if u feel awkward don't worry about it.

You dont know how to kiss? Well ok french or regular kissing? Well regular kissing all you have to do is put your lips on hers and smooch her. And to french you open your mouths and start using your tongues!!!
