What you say here is very strange. It seems to me that your girl is not the one that wants it.
And even if you find something that will deadened the rectum what are you doing? What she can't feel she can't tell is hurting her. Her anus is for one thing only and it is not sticking you penis in. You can hurt her very bad and it will be permanent.
As with all pain, it is there for one reason, to tell you when something is wrong. If she can't feel you what will stop you from ramming her so hard that her rectum will ever be the same.
DON'T DO THIS. Learn how to do this without hurting her the normal way. Let her enjoy it too and not wish later, when it is too late, that she had not done this.
One thing you could do. If you find this pain killer, try it on yourself, and let her use a dildo on you. Be sure she does it for about the same amount of time it would take you to get off. Now following that if you feel it's still a good idea, go for it.

Dude you don't want to just ram it up there one day! Start off with anal play first.
Next time you go down on her once you got her really worked up and her juices are flowing slide one lubed finger up there and run it in and out till she climaxes all the while really giving her some tongue.

Anal-Eze is the only one I know of. (You can get at most porn shops, Priscilla's, etc.). You should both be very stimulated sexually and lubricate the area well before you try it. Cant go wrong with KY Jelly there are some with a warming sensation as far as anything else I wouldn't know. Maybe tell to pop some Ibruprofen.
