When your hair becomes sun streaked does that mean its damaged?

You can put a sunscreen in your hair. Frederic Fekkai makes a product called Sun Bandanna, or you can just mix up a regular sunscreen with some water & spray it on. The streaking is a form of bleaching, and while it does damage your hair a little, it's not as bad as chemical bleaching.

yes.that means it's damaged. u can use shampoo and conditioner special for this or at the beach a hair-spray with sun factor.
