I am originaly from a small town in Lancashire, North West England.

I remember during the first week of my new job after moving to Scotland it rained heavily. I turned up to work soaked and said to my new boss that I was "piss wrapped". Apparently they do not say that up here, but it basically means you are wet :)

Philly:

jawn: It's similar to joint in NYC. Can be used as a replacement for any person, place, evnt, or thing. Sometimes a sentence can have like several "jawns" in them. This is when you use your context clues skills...
"I met this fine a** jawn at the jawn we went to last night."

drawin': When someone is just being annoying or doing something you just don't like...

jo: Similar to drawin'. Almost interchangeable. Drawin one would use more as a verb and jo one would use as more of an adjective:
"Why is your jo a** drawin'?"

young bull: The young, new, or immature ones in a particular group. The opposite would be an old head I guess?

In St Helens (Merseyside, UK) the word "moggy" actually originally meant "mouse", not "cat". The "cat" meaning, so I'm told, comes from scouse and has just become the standard over the years. Noone would ever use it today to mean mouse though, its just a useless fact....

Moe - short for "moment" as in "arf a moe" A "moer" back in the 60's was a S.A. term for a thrashing or a term of abuse "pressed" - high on crack "cised" - possibly, removed permanently/killed "slight" the word 'slight' in period novels, was an oath, e.g. God's light or I've heard of slightly tightly meaning a bit tipsy "did that" - finished the job "go head" - could be some homosexual connotation, or a confrontation.
