Question

I'm so sorry. I really am.

I was really really trying to write my questions in correct English, without typos, errors, etc.

It's kinda difficult for me, since i live in Romania and English is only my fourth language. But i sincerely try to write English in the correct way, and i do that out of respect for the TOS, and out of respect for every English native speaker on this forum.

Sometimes i make errors, sometimes i make typos. I truly don't mean to.

I asked a question which had the word "meaningfull" in it. Of course i was corrected in my obvious error.

So, please, will everybody accept my sincere apologies for the fact that i'm saying now that the "spell check nazis" on this forum, who obviously don't even realise that a World Wide Web implies that visitors from all over the wold will be online, are the most arrogant, stupid, selfrighteous people i have saw?

Good job spanking them Mark. I certainly accept your apology and would just like to comment that I am totally impressed that you speak 3 other languages. I have to tell you though, that here in America, those of us with educations have seen way too many times misspellings coming from our counterparts who are supposed to have at least a high school education. It appears that all one learns in our culture is how to dis other cultures to make themselves feel better. So for that I just want to say that all Americans are not ignorant pigs that seem to give the rest of us a bad name. Have a great and satisfying day. Nana

Isn't that flattering? I mean everybody needs a hobby, and you - apparently - are theirs.

I think in all fairness, you should throw them a typo now and again so they have a reason to keep going.

Yup, sometimes we think we are correcting stupid Americans, and forget that some people are using their second language. My apologies to those people. We are just trying to get stupid Americans to use their dictionaries, and use reasonable grammar. By the way, ignore the remarks of dean the jerk, and masterpacino, another jerk. (If you don't know the word jerk, it is not complimentary.)

no apology needed. The problem is the lack of people who can forgive a typo or incorrect useage. I think it makes some people feel superior when they find another persons mistakes.

No apology was necessary. Personally, I pay no attention to the spell check nazis. I don't even bother to read what they say, as they are almost always small minded nitwits.
