You cant loose weight overnight apart from doing some very serious damage to your health for keeps. here is what you can do and should do:-

Getting fit is a long term project, body mass has to be burned as gradually as it was gotten.
Ingest a wee bit less then consume a little bit more, and be persistent.. exercise every day while not overdoing it just keep working throughout the years, perhaps 6 years.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

If you feel that you really see a difference between yesterday and this morning, it could be that you were bloated due to something you ate or retaining extra water due to sodium or dehydration. If you are very thin to begin with, then you could easily see this difference from day to day. Remember to eat healthy and use as little salt as possible. I don't know how to lose weight overnight but I do know how to lose in a week's period. Take the Special K challenge or simply become a vegetarian for a month. I guarantee change. I LOST 15 POUNDS IN ONE MONTH JUST BY EATING NO MEAT EXCEPT TURKEY.
