The only time tested and proved means of losing AND keeping off the belly fat in through a proper diet and a steady exercise routine. The question then becomes what kind of diet and which exercises? The easy answer is a balanced diet and a normal exercise routines which include some degree of aerobic activity. The key is to strengthen the abdominal muscles because muscle keeps off fat. There is no way to just target one area of your body to lose weight, if you want to reduce your waistline you'll have to exercise the whole body but strengthening the muscles underneath the fat helps. The best way to slim the area around your stomach is to do ab exercises that lengthen the muscles. Try doing pilates or using an inflatable exercise ball- they usually come with instructional videos so you'll know how to use it. Good luck!

these should be simple basic life changing rituals that can be put into effect immediately. 1. sit up straight (i know it sounds stupid but the posture a person has has extreme consequence) a. sit in a chair normal - ankles below knees - hips directly below shoulders - pull shoulders in - roll them up - then drop them down - relax. it is more difficult than it sounds. try in front of a mirror and maintain - keep yourself in the habit of sitting up "right" always. 2. while you are driving sit up off you back rest and pull your belly button in towards your spine. dont suck in just pull it like your finger is pushing on it towards your spine. 3. walk every day - (park far away from stores entrance )- etc. 4. don't eat the parts of an animal that come from the middle (i.e. bacon, ham, sausage, etc. stick to turkey breast, chicken breast, pork shoulder etc.) and if you have to eat every time your daughter does- eat high energy - low fat foods (nuts, apples, grapefruit etc) 5. and steer clear of all fats. 6 play with your little girl- and enjoy life- don't worry too much- it will add to the belly fat. luck be with you

The correct way to burn fat and stay healthy is to burn more calories than you consume
You need to make sure you are eating healthy foods while still excercising
If you have a big appetite drink plenty of water so that you will feel full but not consume calories
But you should always eat
If you start to skip meals you will only be more hungry at your next meal and probably eat way too much
Remember, the average persons stomach is as big as a slice of pizza scrunched up into a ball
So you shouldnt be putting more food into your stomach than what fits
