Yes, I believe His return is iminent in our lifetime. Though I cannot say when it will be, I can say that based on what my understanding of Daniel and Revelation is concerning end-time prophecy that it is going to be soon!

There is no real right or wrong answer here, but if we look at the profecies, all the profecies that leads to the rapture have been fufilled in 1948. Why hasn't He come? "The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up." 2 Peter 3:9-10.

Good luck answering this question with a reasonable opinion :) Read Matthew 24:36. It's pretty clear that any answer to this will just be a wild guess.
That said, at this point in history many of the conditions are right for the events in Revelation. So I pray that everyone will listen to the warnings throughout the Bible, turn to Christ, and repent of sin since you do not know how much time you have.

That question has been posed since like a day after he died.
The truth is we don't know when he is coming. The Bible says(ok I don't have the Bible at hand so no chapter/verse) that he shall come "as a robber in the night" and that "no man shall know the hour of his coming". What this means is that we will only have a general idea from certain events, not a schedule like a bus or train. Anybody who claims to know exactly when he is coming is lying. It could be tomorrow, 100 years from now, 1000 years from now, 10000 years from now. We don't know the when, simply that it will happen in the fullness of time.

Certainly within fifty years; maybe in the next twenty-five.
Reasons:
1. the San Hedrin recently reconvened for the first time in over 1600 years. The first order of business for them is to rebuild the temple in Jerusalem, which was destroyed in 70 AD. They were the governing body which wrongly convicted Christ of blasphemy. Scripture says that when Christ returns, He will govern the world from the temple at Jerusalem.
2. The leader of Iran came out in the news last month, saying he wanted to wipe Israel "off the face of the map." In Revelation, the king of the north comes against Israel. Iran's biggest ally is Russia.
3. Revelation states "In the end times, the good will be made to appear bad and the bad will be made to appear good." Prayer has been taken out of schools. The government is trying to muzzle Christian leaders on God's view of homosexual behaviour. Yesterday the courts decided that removing profanity and nudity from movies to allow family viewing constitutes copyright infringement. They're even trying to take a copy of the Ten Commandments, the basis for all our laws, out of the halls of the US Supreme Court.

Luke 21:29 "And he spake to them a parable; Behold the fig tree, and all the trees;
Luke 21:30 When they now shoot forth, ye see and know of your own selves that summer is now nigh at hand.
Luke 21:31 So likewise ye, when ye see these things come to pass, know ye that the kingdom of God is nigh at hand
Luke 21:32 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass away, till all be fulfilled."
Whe the fig tree shoot forth, this was when Israel became a nation in 1948. Now, this generation will not come to pass before the end comes. The most a person can live is 120 years.
Thers is more...

We dont know when he is coming the bible says no one knows not even the angels in heaven. God knows but as the man said on here if my understanding is correct of Daniel and Revelations it will be perhaps in this life time. It says (in a shortened version it will be business as usual also it says it will be like the days of sodom and Gamorrah which if you ask me it is.There are some things left to occur but not many. And Gods time is not our time or for us to say. He will come in the twinkling of an eye and as a thief in the night. So we need to be ready and vigilant.

yes I do believe that Jesus is coming back one day for all his children. I believe that he has mansions and gold waiting in heaven for all of the people who believe in him. No one knows when Christ is coming back. Even in the BIBLE it says that only his father(GOD) knows when and what time he is suppose to return. Jesus knows nothing yet until the final days. I hope u like my answer and May God continue to bless u.

I believe that he will come back in our lifetime. according to what I understand he will come back when there are more people on earth worshiping him than in heaven. Also I had a preacher tell me that it would be around 2020(something)

No. Never. Not as the man Jesus. That was a spell woven by the Priests of the Temple. It failed. The world did not end and they shall not rule the world in this reality. God was not a racist and never will be one. God is not a Christian or Jew or Muslim. God lives in the hearts of the Living.
