I WORK WITH POSSIBLY THE WORST PERSON IN THE WORLD. THIS LADY IS CONSTANTLY LATE, TALKS VERY LOUDLY TO COWORKERS (WE WORK IN A CALL CENTER), CANNOT ACT PROFESSIONAL WHILE TAKING CUSTOMER CALLS (MISPRONOUNCES COMPANY NAME, HAS POOR PHONE ETITQUETTE), SHE FARTS ALL THE TIME, SHE HAS VERY POOR HYGENE, HER WORK HABITS ARE TERRIBLE (VERY UNORGANIZED), SHE TRIES HER BEST TO GET EVERYONE IN TROUBLE OR FIRED, AND IS A COMPLETE DISRUPTION AND A DISEAS DO OUR OFFICE. NOW HERE'S THE KICKER, SHE JUST WON EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH!!!! WHAT WOULD YOU DO???

NO, I'M NOT SAYING THAT I'M A MODEL EMPLOYEE, BUT THERE ARE MORE DESERVING PEOPLE IN MY OFFICE THAT DESERVE THAT AWARD OVER THIS LAZY PIG.

PRETTY MUCH EVERYONE ELSE IN MY OFFICE FEELS THE SAME WAY, THEY CAN'T STAND HER!!!!

Start documenting everything she does wrong, and meet with management and see if you can get this resolved. But if your management team is anything like, nothing will get done.

Well, someone up at the top is getting the wrong impression of her. It will be hard to imposable to change their minds. You will always look like the bad person trying to get her in trouble.
You can not change this situation without bringing yourself lower than her.
If you are that unhappy, find a new job and let your superiors know exactly whats going on on the way out. Don't say a word until you have that other job.

That's sad....disgusting anyways and she calls herself a lady....I'd say tell whoever's in charge what really goes on. I can't say that I've had that experience but I did used to work in a phone center and had a lady that was just downright rude to people on the phone....she would always think they asked stupid questions and would constantly roll her eyes and just be short with them....not sure if she still works there or not but I'm sure she never got employee of the month award.

Tell your boss. Tell your boss that she is a disruption to all and it is quite difficult to work with this person. I don't know what else there is to do.

She sounds like a fat b itch named kelly that I have the displeasure working with. She too is an ignorant fat slob who stinks. On the day that she was born the angels took a day off and satan created a nightmare come true. I wouldn't even vote for her as azzhole of the month.

I would start by speaking to your supervisor about your concern. That might help management pay a little bit more attention to what she is actually doing to the morale of your employment place.

Don't get too upset, she's probable some VP's distant cousin. I have a farter in the office next to mine. Disgusting. If you can, look for a job where competence is appreciated. In the meantime, get a can of Lysol spray or Oust! Hell, I've sprayed it in his presence!

Your company should have a hotline you can call to report these things... I would suggest that, or have your dept. supervisor talk to the manager... trust me, if the dept. complains enough about this lady, she'll be out of there
