Braid it before you go to bed. That way it won't get tangled while you sleep.

First of all, do you like it thick and long? If not, get it thinned out.

My hair is pretty long and at night I wear it back in a bun or ponytail. You'll want to wear it at different positions every so often so you don't get that annoying line in your hair ponytail holders can cause.

Hope I helped! :)

my hair is past my lower back and i had the same problem... i hated trying to untangle my hair in the morning.... now, i just comb my hair with a wide-tooth-comb or my fingers after i take a shower and braid it loosely when it is just about almost dry... sometimes i loosely braid my hair in ponytails before taking a shower and shampoo and condition my hair with the braids on-i just have to be sure to rinse my hair thoroughly and wrap my hair up in a towel. when it is almost dry, i undo the braids recomb (so much easier)- then rebraid before bed... if you try it- i hope it works for you....

I found that braiding it back is the best way and it will also keep it out of your face. Also, did you know the oils from your hair can cause pimples?

well brush out the top and bottom and then pull it up in a neat (but no hair spray or any thing) ponytail, and go to sleep.

Tie it back in a pony tail or braid it.

you could put it in a ponytail and braid the end and put a scarf over it while you're sleeping
