Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

If you lose weight too quickly (and over 10 lbs. a week is fast), you increase the odds of regaining the weight, plus more. First, see your doctor to determine how much weight you have to lose. Second, start walking. Buy a pedometer (available at Target or any sporting goods store) and good walking shoes and hit the road. Aim for 10,000 steps a day (if you're no where near that, increase your step count by 500 steps a day until you get to that goal). Third, start strength training. Buy a magazine or visit a website that shows exercises you can do. Muscle burns fat, but fat doesn't burn fat. Don't worry about getting huge, bulky muscles because that won't happen.
Eat sensibly. Buy a calorie counter guide. Keep a food journal, since a lot of us overestimate how many calories we take in. When you eat, use measuring cups and spoons so you will be accountable for what you put in your mouth. After a while, you'll be good at eye-balling measurements, so you won't always need to use those tools. Your diet should consist mainly of lean proteins, complex carbs, fresh veggies and fruits, and water.
Good luck.

HERE A COMPLETE AND THOROUGH ANSWER, MAY BE ITS THE BEST!
If You're Overweight, Slim Down for Better Health
Overweight people have an increased risk of high blood pressure, heart disease, and other illnesses. Losing weight reduces the risk. This brochure tells you how to lose weight safely.
Ask Your Doctor About Sensible Goals
Your doctor or other health worker can help you set sensible goals based on a proper weight for your height, build and age.
Men and very active women may need up to 2,500 calories daily. Other women and inactive men need only about 2,000 calories daily. A safe plan is to eat 300 to 500 fewer calories a day to lose 1 to 2 pounds a week.
Exercise 30 Minutes
Do at least 30 minutes of exercise, like brisk walking, most days of the week.
The idea is to use up more calories than you eat. You need to use up the day's calories and some of the calories stored in your body fat.
Eat Less Fat and Sugar
This will help you cut calories. Fried foods and fatty desserts can quickly use up a day's calories. And these foods may not provide the other nutrients you need.
Make sure your other foods that day are low in fat and calories.
Eat a Wide Variety Of Foods
Variety in the diet helps you get all the vitamins and other nutrients you need.
Watch Out for Promises of Quick And Easy Weight Loss
Fad diets aren't good because they often call for too much or too little of one type of food. As a result, you may not get important nutrients you need daily.
Remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't true.
What About Diet Pills?
Diet pills you buy without a prescription won't make a big difference in how much you lose each week or how long you keep the weight off. If you do use them, read the label carefully. Because of possible side effects, like high blood pressure, never take more than the listed dose.
Also, be careful about taking cough or cold medicines with diet pills you buy without a prescription. These medicines may contain the same drug used in diet pills, or a similar drug with the same effects. If you take both products together, you may get too much of the same type of drug. This can hurt you.
Before taking a cough or cold medicine while using diet pills, ask your pharmacist if it's OK.
Prescription diet pills may help some people. If you use them, follow the doctor's directions carefully.

I can't guarantee you'll lose 43 pounds in your time frame, but you could come close. The answer is eat healthy, and watch your portions. I'm involved right now with LA Weight Loss, and I'm eating healthy food, and losing weight. The secrets are: watch your portions, eat healthy and (in my case) avoid the gummy bears! I love them. Anyway, I have a small salad nearly every day with fresh usually organic 'stuff' like cucumbers, tomatoes, sliced carrots, and usually spinache (tastier) salad rather than lettuce which is mostly tasteless water. Then try maybe one pieceof fruit each morning, and be sure to take a few healthy vitamins (Vitamin c, E, and jprobably clcium - all womken need that). Drink lots of water, lots of water (64 ounches a day) and if you have trouble with that, try adding a little Crystal Light (sugar free) for flavor, but you need water, not other liquids. Then for lunch a salad, and try eating one yogurt each day. I can have one dairy per day, and that's what I choose. For protein try Soy yogurt. One really good brand is Silk, another is called Soy yogurt. I can have four of those per day, if I want. But I don't. Instead of meat, which is heavy, and full of drugs that were added to the cow originally, try some tofu. It's higher in protein, and has less processing. You can find 'baked tofu' in the health food section of most grocery stores, or learn how to cook it yourself. It's easy. Get some recipes online. Drink lots and lots of water. And walk, or do some other exercise, daily. If you don't exercise, all the diets in the world won't help that much. Go walking, and take your tape player with you. Play some jazzy music and it will make you feel more like walking. Dont sit around watching t.v. a lot. Keep busy. And eat three regular small meals a day. If you get hungry, want a little snack, try munching on a carrot stick or a cucumber. Great in this hot weather. Learn to appreciate rice cakes, and tortillas, lower in calories. You can add some sugar free jam (just a little) or a tablespoon of peanut butter (protein) for flavor. I make my own veggie subs. Two pieces of toasted bread, and lots of raw veggies, and a dash of mustard. Yummy! Almost as good as Subway's. Bottom line: small portions, do some walking, drink lots of water. And don't just do this until you lose weight. This should be a lifetime eating habit. Good luck! Karen

well this worked for me, and it might work for you too.
eat a low calorie high protein diet (ex. fish, chicken, eggs, ect) eat lots of veggetables and fruit. Have 3 meals a day and 2 snacks. Keep in mind a snack is small, just a piece of toast and peanut beutter or an apple. *IMPORTANT* the only way to definetly loose weight is to write down everything you eat that day and how many calories they contain, i know it sounds strenuious, but its so worth it! Also you have to incorporate excersise into your plan to see results. All you really need is 30 min a day 3-4 times a week to see results. If you get the channel lifetime at 7:30 in the morning a show called Denise Austin's Daily workout is on and I did that for a week and instantly saw results, plus its low impact and helps you stay motivated. And its on everyday, so you dont have to leave your houe and go to the gym. If you dont have a full 30 min to give you can break it up into 3 10min workouts thru-out the day. If that doesnt appeal to you just do any kind of cardio/aerobic activity, such as running, bicycling, swimming, and so on. Just remeber dieting is a long term comitment and you cant expect to loose 20 pounds in one week. Good luck and stick with it!

Sorry, there is no say way to take off that much weight in 4 weeks. That's a crash diet and the weight you take off will come back faster then you can blink an eye and maybe a few more pounds to boot.
I would suggest talking with your doctor about beginning an exercises program and diet, maybe realistic goals of 2lbs a week. Stick with it and make it part of your life, maybe you'll find that in a year of so you've found the person your looking for? These things have to be for life, not just for 20 pounds and back to your old ways. Good luck

You can't and stay healthy. Really the only way to do that would be to starve yourself, and when you starve yourself your body doesn't eat your fat, it eats your muscle and you may never be able to rebuild it again. I lost 82 pounds in a year and a half. If you do things right, you can lose 3 pounds in a week. First, you want to start walking every day. I didn't say exercise really hard, just walking. An hour, hour and a half, every day. Then, you have to start looking at what you're eating. Don't eat that candy. Leave one day out of the week for candy. Don't drink that soda; if you're addicted to caffeine, switch to tea (I recommend Earl Gray). Switch from pork and beef to grilled chicken (not breaded) and fish. Avoid things like potatoes and corn. They're too starchy. Try colored veggies like carrots. Replace candy with fruit. E-mail me and I'll give you a run-down of a good way to lose weight.

Well i would say just do at least 20 push-ups about 3 times a day and 100 sit-ups for four weeks you might see results. I see results but i weigh 110 and I'm 13 now i got a eight pack. I used some stuff called muscle milk it is powder that you mix with milk or water ( that you drink ) That taste like ice cream but if you drink it ( YOU REALLY HAVE ) to do push ups and sit ups it works but if you don't workout it will sit there and turn into fat. What it is is it has protein, and alot of nutrients you need. Good Luck

Eat wheat bread instead of white. Eat carrots instead of chips. Eat grapefruit or apples to snack instead of sweets. Don't have seconds. Drink only water. No fast food or eating outside your house unless you know its healthy. Dinner should contain meat and veggies. Lay off the sauces. I cannot promise 43 pounds in 4 weeks, but so far I've lost 28 pounds in 4 months without excercise. I'm sure excercise would increase the weight loss, but its not an option for me right now (3 kids, hubby in Iraq) and I refuse to buy weight equipment. Sometimes I'll walk in front of my tv while I watch it, but that is about as excercisey as I get right now. Just changing your diet and watching your food intake can do wonders for your weight loss goals.

Don't even try. Look more realistically and try losing 12 pounds. You can do that by first getting up and go for a walk. Watch your portion sizes and avoid fast food. Try cooking your own food whenever possible. Yeah, it might be more expensive, but definintely less expensive then a coronary bypass, joint replacement, or the decades you're taking off your life. You're not going to acheive this by yo-yo or crash dieting. This is a slow process. If you have any questions, I suggest you see a dietictian or a nutrionist.

I cannot imagine that anyone can pull that over outside a clinical setting with medical supervision. Why not consider a more realistic, achievable goal? You didn't pack it on in a month, I'm sure.
A friend of mine lost 50 pounds in 4 months. He went to the gym twice a day (2 hrs/day) at lunch time and after work, did aerobics and weights and changed his eating habits.
