Take a light lunch to work with you. If you are skipping lunch, you might be eating more in the evening. Also my doc suggested I get an exercise bike. He said put it in front of the TV and ride 30 min, the length of a regualr television program. Do this while you do laundry.

Make time to work out! many fitness centers are open from 5am till sometimes midnight! They are open to work with many peoples busy scheduals. If a fitness center is not something you into, go on walks, or find ways to make your life style a little more active: Park farther away from the door everywhere you go, walk to places you'd typically drive, (if you live in a urban community). The best way I've found to stay motivated in working out, is through my dogs. He was starting to get a little overweight as well, so I would work out with him, started by walking short distances, then jogging and running, sometimes I'd ride a bike or rollerblade, and when I didn't want to do it for myself, I'd do it for him. A dog is the best work out partner anyone could have. He will be sitting at the door with his leash in mouth, waiting to go running. but if you don't have a dog, this won't apply. good luck, and don't give up.

Get a new Job Sweetie. Working that many hours with 30 minutes, if any, break is a stressful way to live and may explain why you're gaining weight.

You did not mention your eating habits. That's the first place to start, reduce your caloric intake in combination with exercise. Walk at lunch and on weekends. Ride a bike. Swim.

There is always time. I work 16 hour days 7 days a week and I still use my treadmill 30 min a day. It's hard, and it sucks, but I do it.

Incorporate little excersises in your daily activities.
Like before you go to work, wake up 45 min. before the time you wake up, and walk around your house doing jumping jacks, squats and other things.
When you eat lunch choose or make healthier options.
Remember to always move around (as in walking, jogging or running) if you have time to sit, don't, just move around instead!

Walk at lunch. You are probably eating dinner too late at night. That's some long hours to have to work.
