I mean, they're nothing like other peoples! They're really small and I have them all over my nose. They're also REALLY dark. Almost black. Why are they this dark and how can I get rid of them (or at least lighten them!)

I hate my freckles! They are dark and the more sun I get the darker they get. I have them all over my face and arms and back too! I get new ones so easy to. I don't really know how to lighten them (or I would have long time ago) but I wish you luck finding out!

It's CANCER! No, I'm just kidding... but you should have them periodically looked at by a dermotologist. I don't think you can lighten them, but you could have them removed.
By the sounds of it, they're not really freckles, but more akin to moles. Not all moles are big and hairy, some are like freckles! But maybe they are just really dark freckles. Only way to know is see a dermatologist.

My coach had those. They were really cute, actually. But use sunscreen every day and that will fade them a little bit. But you can't really get rid of them.
