"MSXML 4.0 is not properly installed"this is the message that appear when i try to install the game....petium D 3.00ghz 3.01GHz,1.00 GB of ram...specs of my PC

not enough memory left or is it a DVD loading game,and if so do you have a DVD reader.CD reader wont load a DVD.

Look at the game's requirements - which are usually on the box/label. If your computer doesn't meet those requirements, it's not going to run on your computer.
Some games are particular to the type of video card you have, some to the specific OS, some to the speed of your CD-ROM drive, etc.
Sounds to me like you don't have a compatible video card.
