You may like him but do you love him and does he love you. Do you even know what love is?
If you feel nervous, DON'T. It means that you know in your heart you are not ready for it. It NEVER hurt anyone to wait, believe me.
Be strong and know your own mind. If the guy loses interest, then you know that he was only after one thing, whatever he said. If he respects your decision (which you have every right to make) and stays with you, then you might think about it later (but don't tell him).

firstly make sure u are ready for it, no not physically but mentally. are u ready to do it with him? are u sure u can face the consequences(wat if he bolts after sex? sry just an example)? do you know him well enough for u to be comfortable afterwards?
when you are ready, just let the mood flow and it will be like uv done it before..if he has done it before let him guide u let him know u are newbie at it..if not then it can be quite sexciting to 'fumble together'

You are goinhg to do this because you think you owe him something???? I dont notice the word "love" anywhere in this....keep it for somebody you really love and care for, because if you give it away so easily, you will be a slag in everyones eyes.
