How to slim tighten and tone the WHOLE lower half of your body? For example the waistline/abs, the thighs (inner and outer) , the butt, and the calfs. Please help I'm desparte!

go to the gym, like threetimes a week. watch ur portions. when u eat good, u can eat more. if u need to slim down a lot, join the nearest weight watchers. the really help, ive watched, pretty plump people loose bunches and bunches to be in the bestshape of their lives. but stick w/ it, or u will gain all u have lost.

I reccomend using The Firm excersize videos/dvd's. They are excellent , will lift, slim and tone your entire lower body (and overall your whole body). They guarantee results in 10 workouts. They really do work.

Doing very different forms of cardio. and leg strengthening.
Doing different versions of cardio each week will keep you from plateauing, and the leg strengthening exercises will tone and build some muscle.

Walking, roller skating is excellant.
