If you need to ask this question, you shouldn't be in a relationship with him. Successful relationships are built on mutual respect and trust, and if you are already suspicious then you do not have (and will not be able to build) those elements into your relationship.
You should consider whether your suspicions are built on some evidence of wrong-doing, or just a 'feeling'. If it is just a feeling, you have some work to do on yourself. You cannot and should not expect to monitor every move your partner makes; nor should you expect them to account for every minute of their day. You should be able to trust them, and you should expect them to trust you. If you find you can't ever do that in a relationship, the problem is yours, and you should consider some counselling to find out why you feel so insecure.
If your concerns are based on actual evidence that something is going on, just dump the guy and move on. You won't re-establish trust after being betrayed, and you won't ever have a day free from that "I wonder if..." feeling. Value yourself. You deserve better.

I have had one of my boyfriends cheat on me when it happens believe me you will know. more and likely he will start acting really weird his conscience wu\ill start to bother him you will notice when he looks at you different, he will say things different his whole outcome will change and that's when you will know because more and likely he want come out and tell you that is just how men are!
