They shouldn't drink any carbonated beverage. There's way too many calories, sugar, and acid. If it's not good for adults, it's worse for children. Give them water or Juicy Juice.

If you're going to give your kids soda, diet soda is better for them than sugared soft drinks and diet caffeine free soda is better than caffeinated diet soda.

No. Children should stay off of caffeine. Use ones without sugar or caffeine. Fruit juices can be worse because of all of the sugar. I believe that if children stayed off of caffeine and sugar that the cases of ADD would go way down. Yes, this means staying away from Fast Food places.

Yes it's safe, but should not be made a substitute for other heatlhier alternatives like milk and water. Pop should be given as a treat occasionally, and diet is better than regular pop, because it doe not have as much sugar.

No, the aspartame is not good for them. it is actually not good for anyone! It can cause MS symptoms, and other problems that baffle doctors. I know this because they thought I had MS, and my gramma told me to stop drinking diet soda. I did and all my symptoms went away.

I wouldn't give them anything with caffeine in it, including any type of colas. As for the diet part, the aspartame or whatever they use nowadays isn't good for anybody. It has side effects including fluid retention and headaches.

Children should not drink soda at all. The sugar and or sweeteners are bad for them and it starts bad habits. It is bad for their teeth as well.

not safe to drink DIET at all.
the aspartame ingredient is very dangerous.
perhaps just one cup a week.
these diet products are dangerous for all. actually, there are newer and natural sweeteners. try using brown sugar. it is safer and healthier.

I just don't understand why any parent would even buy soda unless it's natural soda. Why would you let a child put that stuff into their bodies??

It's not, because there's some substance in the sweet thing which causes many diseases to children, and adults too.
