I really thing you know the answer to that question. One should never mix business with pleasure. In today's world some many things are either politically incorrect or sexual harassment. Ask yourself this question "is she worth losing your job over?"

Of course it's a bad idea. You'll both end up in a major jam.
But I do think you tell her. Just walk up to her, stand real close, put a hand on her, and tell her.
That should assure at least a slap in the face, and a guarantee that you will never sleep with her

There is an old saying, and forgive me if it sounds crude, but "Don't get your meat at the same place that you get your bread". If you tick off one of your co-workers, you could wind up getting the both of you fired. Don't risk getting accused of sexual harassment by hitting on your co-workers. It will be very awkward to work with this person if either they reject you, or get offended at your approach.

That will be the biggest mistake you would make, tip, never flirt or sleep with your co-workers, unless if you want to quit that job.

Usually office romance doesn't end well. Someone either gets hurt or a reputation is negatively affected. I would definitely think this one through to see if it's worth the trouble.

The fact that you have to see them everyday makes it a bad idea to sleep with them.

Uhhh.....please.
Gee, send them an inter-office memo. Send them an email. Leave a post-it on their monitor. Post a want-ad on the office bulletin board.
It is never a good idea to play where you work. It will ALWAYS bite you where you don't wanna be bitten.
