Can u tell me how to transfer videos and images from my computer directly to my camera?

Its soo hard transfering images from you computer directly to your camera. My camera is a Canon PowerShot A620

Well I tried dragging it to the Camera. and nothing happened. I can transfer pictures but I can't transfer videos... :-(

noshyuz is correct (I just tried it. Thanks, I learned something!). You can write to the card through the USB connection.

You can also take out the memory card and put it into a card reader (these are also writers). Then you can Save or Copy/Paste files from the computer to the card.

Be sure to use the folder architecture and file formats that the camera can recognize.

Why do people want to do this? There are better ways to transport pics and videos around.

if you plug in the USB cable from your camera to your computer, the computer will essentially see the memory card in your computer as a small disk drive, so you can copy a video file (or whatever else you want) to the camera's memory card that way. just copy the video files over like any other file copy.

you'll need to be careful that the file you copy is something that the camera recognizes or at least tolerates to make sure the camera doesn't overwrite it or stop working thinking the card is corrupt. (this is unlikely, but a quick test will show if this is an issue)
