If you mean a list of qualifications you have achieved the answer is no.

If you mean a list of qualifications and their respective levels then you can try the QCA (found on a google search) who are responsible for all recognised qualifications in the UK and their appropriate levels.

Hope that's of some help.

What qualifications do you have? There are many different examining bodies and each has their own way of providing duplicate certificates (if that is what you need).

Usually you will need to contact the Examining Board in question and request a duplicate certificate. The internet may be useful in finding out how to contact them.
