Possibly thats their actual number of men. Most likely though, its because 3 is very low while being reasonable. It is also a believable (people lying about #s often choose odd numbers rather than even).
But I think thats a bad generalization... how many women have actually told you '3'? I've slept with 4 guys. My best GF will tell you 6. No liars here.

I think mayb bcuz if they say more than 3 it make it seem like there a roller or a hoe, if i had slept with more than 10 people (and hell no i dont) i damn sure would lie too....

They know it's not true. They just don't want to seem easy for the guy and feel as if we would have respect for them. The truth is, sometimes it turns a guy on and time it turns him off. It depends on the guy and what he wants from the girl.

Cuz they think sleeping with more than 3 guys make them look like hoes. Other than that, they might be just telling the truth.
