No, you aren't. There are quite a few barefoot runners out there. They are quite passionate about their barefoot running. I've listed a few links in the source. Also, many of the African runners used to run barefoot.
Personally, I wear shoes when I run. I don't think my feet could take the impact, let alone the rocks, broken glass, hot surfaces, etc.
A compromise is the Nike Free shoe. It's supposed to be more like running barefoot, although it is a sneaker.

That is a great question! There has been a debate among hardcore runners about the best shoes for ages - and just as you've suggested with your question, some believe that no shoes is the way to go.
Personally, I'm only the very barest beginning runner, but naturally, I have an opinion :) I think that the terrain you're running on should dictate, at least in part, your footwear. If you're running on an asphalt bike/jog trail, shoes are the smart way to go. Running on feet slashed up by broken glass can't be fun... If you're running on a nice sand beach, though, I could imagine that going barefoot could be pretty invigorating. :)

It's a very good idea to wear shoes while jogging, expecially running shoes. The impact of your body slamming against the surface you're running on causes your joints to collide and the running shoes will help to avoid that by absorbing shock. Jogging barefoot or in non- running shoes puts you at risk for injury.

No ... it's more common obviously, but not necessary. Some of the world-class runners run barefooted. But I will say that, if you are accustomed to running with shoes on and then you try it barefooted, it will sure make a difference in how your shins and calves feel the next day. Be careful not to overdo it at first or you'll hurt yourself ... you have to ease into it (for the obvious reason that, without running shoes on, you don't have cushioning under your feet and so the impact is harder on your shins and calves until you get used to it).

Not legally required. However, it is highly recommended. You are subject to all kinds of injuries should you choose to run barefoot. Not to mention the germs and diseases that are all over the ground. Shin splints occur from the constant pounding of your feet while in running shoes...so just imagine what could happen if you run without shoes. OUCH!!!

Exactly what is the factory invoice price? How does this figure into your deal? The factory invoice price is what the dealer wants you to think he paid for the car. This isn't necessarily so. Just listen to your salesman and remember he's in this to make money. If he says he'll sell you the car "below factory invoice" that means that most likely the dealership received some incentives on the car from the manufacturer. There are things called carryover allowances and other discounts that make the cost of the car much less to the dealer, it's estimated between $500.00 to $2000.00 less than their professed factory invoice price.
Do your homework first. Start your bidding from there.
Hold off on that trade in. The best way to get an idea of what your car is worth is again checking online. You'll get an idea of what you'll get for your car if you a) sell it yourself or b) trade it in.

it is more than required to wear shoes when going to jogging because u may step on something that may hurt u, but if u put on shoes u may not get hurt so easily.

Unless your feet are like horse hoof's I would recommend a sturdy comfortable shoe. And break then in in the house so that you don't end up with blisters the first time you jog.

No, it is not. If you run on the beach for example you may find it easier to run barefoot. Many runners around the world subscribe to this philosophy. This practice would not work for me, I prefer the comfort and support of running shoes. Running shoes also add a level of safety for your feet and joints when exercising on hard surfaces.

i don't think there's any rule (unless ur gym requires shoes) against it but it's prob a good idea unless ur on a beach or ur own tredmill jogging w/o shoes outside will prob hurt and if u step on something u could get injured or sick if there's something on it
