in one word NO. After 2 solid months I saw ZERO results and I was following the diet guide. So it was a waste of money!!

There are so many fad fitness workouts out there that one can get so wrapped up in it and spend thousands and not loose a pound. Walking and stretching are the best all time standards, swimming of course is equally as good if no t better if you have access to a pool. Some hotels charge a very minimal fee for you to use there pool I have found this works great in the winter when I am not able to walk out side. A balance ball is inexpensive and give you great stretching and balancing exercises.
Remember though when you begin any exercise regimen you may not see the pounds go down on the scale right away because you are building up your muscles and muscles weigh more than fat. Look at it like this if you have a bowl a jello in one hand (fat) and a steak in the other (muscle) which will weigh more. However, as you progress through your program you will notice that clothes fit differently and eventually the scale number will begin to drop.
Start out slow and do not have expectations to be Twiggy in a week. The slower the weight comes off the longer it stays off. Be patience and you will be healthier and in better shape.

Works for me. 7 weeks.
I didn't lose 10 pounds in 10 days, but then I'm not doing it for the weight loss but fitness. I actually enjoy the routine which is important in my book. It's upbeat, fast moving, and (at least imo) not boring.

I have a friend that lost a lot of weight on this workout.
For me personally, I run the treadmill and that's enough.
