Distance separated us,he was my first love and i still love him despite trying to move on.I know where he is yet i dont want to go after him because he never looked for me and neither did he communicate.Reliable sources told me that he was looking for my contacts last year.Should i go after him?

people change alot in 5 years. you should definitely contact him, because you may find a completely different person. Some things are better left unknown, but I don't think that this is one of them. This is your chance to either start a new relationship or to realize that this guy is nothing like the guy you remember, but at least you'll be able to stop wondering "what if..."

Go after him. You said he was trying to get your contacts, don't let a good thing waste. After five years still not over him had to be something good. As to the length of time there is a saying "ole fire stick easy to light".

thats a very difficult situation....its tough but i feel anything is possible, maybe time apart was needed, and i trust that he thinks of you also...yeah contact him but dont get too excited..and let him know you heard he was trying to contact you then let him talk, take it slow...communicate and bring each up to date & go from there, ya neva know girl go for it if you truly still luv him

I believe if he hasn't moved on why not try. He might feel the same why. You will never now unless you try. You don't want to go your whole life wondering.
