Elcycer, I would have salad with plenty of alfalfa sprouts on it, avacados, tomatoes,onions, chick peas, corn and brocc. Along with this I would have the protien which would be Chicken. The following week I would switch to having vegetables( steamed and not cooked to death) and a grain such as millet, cracked wheat or buckwheat. This is what I usually do anyway.

Narrowed down to two I would choose pasta and soup.
Pasta can be made in so many ways and can fill you up while soup also is versatile yet can be light.

If you wanted this narrowed down even more I would say Mom's spaghetti with her amazing thick sauce and my very own chicken soup...both have garlic so I wouldn't be making any friends that week!

Vegetable- many varieties and very nutritious cooked( steamed) or raw IE, salads

Dairy----- wide menu of possibilities and possible recipes from cheese to eggs / dips to desserts ( I think ice cream falls into this category....yum!..)

I'm sure that exercise will be important if you eat like that for a week.......LOL ! =)
