I have a younger sister that is 15, and just recently our Mom died, my sisters Dad is recovering from a drinking problem and is getting married, which my sister really doesn't like, she has lukemia, is having a really hard time trusting people, getting close to people, etc, and she's tried to kill herself more than once. How would you comfort her, when she's crying, upset, etc?

try to keep her realizing how important she is in the mean time try to get her some help becuase if she is left alone then she will fall prey to herslef

Tell her you love her. You sister's problem is she has noone to turn to. Her mother is gone, her father is jsut about gone too. SHe has noone to lean on. Those simple words "I love You." Can change the day. ALos get her somthing like a blanket, or a teddy bear. They may seem childish but it can help. Just do it. And visit her more she needs sothing to look forward to.

you take her in and let her know you care let her know you love her and the only way she can get pass this is to make her mom proud by becoming a strong successfull young lady and her mom love her even more and how old are you so that you can take of her she needs all the love she can get

Tell her that you love her and are there for her. That things will get better, that you and her will look back on these times when you are older. Tell her that her adult life is about to begin and if she commits suicide then all those things she will not get to experience.

give her a hug and reasure her you will be there for her as much as you can. is she in hospital now ?? or living with her dad ? keep praying for her recovery and peace of mind
